We operate in SOME of the traditional ways real estate brokers operate but we do some things differently, very differently.

Key Differences

People, not property.  Please see our page about our methods and ways of doing things.  Click here.  Yes, it is trite to say we are people-oriented, not property-oriented.  It does make a huge difference.

Individual Attention.  We do NOT do wholesale listing and selling of real estate.   We take the time needed to get the job done right. 

Traditional and Non-traditional methods.  We do most of the things traditional real estate brokers do.  We also use an extensive networking and marketing methods seldom used by most agents.  Our extensive back-up packages go far to ensure that we get every known prospect the information needed to make a speedy decision.  These non-traditional methods account for about 50% of  transactions.  The combination of traditional and non-traditional affords us a large edge in accomplishing our client's goals.

  Knowledge.   We didn't just take the 30 classroom hours and get a license.  Yes, you heard right.  It takes only 30 hours to get unleased upon the public.  (They are talking about changing that to 45 someday.)  We have had literally thousands of hours of training in real estate matters, plus an extensive library of books and periodicals.   I don't know which is the most important, the non-traditional methods we use or our knowledge, but we do know they make a differnece.

Consulting:  Our forte' is paying attention to a specific client's situation and solving that situation.  "Solving" means accomplishing the client's objectives.  Some of the WAR STORIES might help you understand more about what we do.
